The COVID-19 pandemic has affected so many individuals and it's time to have a little bit of fun during this time!


  1. If you have an adult coloring book, it's time to bust it out!

Coloring can bring a sense of relaxation or stress depending on the person because of the concentration it takes. If you are that relaxed individual, grab your pencil sharpener and your favorite colors!


2. Start your own workout plan daily!

What's a better time to work on your summer body than now. Here is a link to some home workouts via. YouTube.


3. Start your Spring Cleaning list.

Although this may not be a fan favorite, get your spring cleaning out of the way now! These long quarantine days can make for a lot time to scrub those corners you haven't gotten too since last year. Put some music on, start jamming, and get to cleaning!


4. Build a Fort!

Yes! Adults can build forts too! This is an awesome way to bond with your family because of all of the intriqute parts that go into building a fort. These parts range from couch cushions, to sheets, to blankets, and even chairs!


5. Take Family Game Night to a whole new level.

If you have never had game night, what a perfect time to start! Your game night can consist of Monopoly, Jenga, Life, Minute to Win it games, etc. Minute To Win It games can be so fun if you give them a chance. Here is a link attached to tons of games!


6. Watch Movies.

During this quarantine time, you should watch all of the movies you've always wanted to see but never got the chance too. Maybe even rewatch the classics!


7. Put Together a Puzzle!

Puzzles can be frustrating when having no time to do them, so grab your favorite puzzle and get working! Building the puzzle can help relieve stress and put your mind in a creative and relaxed head space.


8. Renovate your Bedroom.

Are you sick of the color in your bedroom? It may be time for a new paint job. Painting is a great way to show off your creative side. Mix and match colors and the magic will happen!


9. Learn to cook some of the delicious looking Pinterest Recipes!

Pinterest is filled with thousands of recipes just waiting for you to try. The recipes can range from cheddar ranch chicken burgers to hash brown casserole. Now that sounds good!


10. Make an Indoor Scavenger Hunt.

An indoor scavenger hunt is a great activity to do if you have children! You can make it up as you go and use household items as prizes to win throughout the hunt.


11. The Floor Is Lava Game!

Remember being a child and using every piece of furniture you could find to put on the ground? Embrace your inner child and make sure to not fall into the lava!


12. Rearrange your Space!

Make your home look like a completely new space by putting furniture in places you've never before! And no, this doesn't mean put your living room sofa in your kitchen.


13. Grab your painting supplies.

Find inspiration by looking outside your window, and let the paint brush take action!


14. Make a Homemade Face Mask!

15. Use Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, etc. to video chat your friends!

During this time, people are missing human connections so what a better way to practice social distancing by video chatting!

Some may think yoga is just for females but who says males can't participate as well! Some of the benefits of doing yoga include the increase of: flexibility, muscle strength and tone, improved respiration and energy, and you could even shed a couple pounds!


17. Order takeout from your favorite local business!

The small business in your local town need our help. If available, order your cravings from your favorite restaurant!


18. Camp in your backyard!

Grab the s'mores, sleeping bags, and your tent because it's time to camp. Make some new campfire songs in the process!


19. Build with Legos.

While watching the the TV series Lego Masters, build along with them from home! This is a great way to exercise your brain and refresh your cognitive thinking.


20. Play Mario Cart!

There was a time when people would have Mario Cart tournaments on the weekends. Let's make this a thing again and the person who wins receive a roll of toilet paper!
